GENERAL
● Let me know if you want your commission to look like a certain piece of mine.
● Waitlist applications before commissions open are not allowed unless announced
● Returning clients who’ve commissioned me 3 times will be given a reserved slot next commission opening.
● Commissions are accepted via Google Forms and continued via Twitter DMs
● Not responding after 3 days of accepting your commission, will cancel your application.
● I have the right to log any and all conversations about the commission.
● I have the right to refuse your commission request
● I have the right to stream the process of your commission unless client states otherwise.
● I have the right to draw personal work while doing your commission
● Please provide multiple references
● Updates on each progress will be given (Feel free to ask for updates!)
FOR COMPANIES / VTUBER GROUPS
● If your company/group is going to be the one handling payment of the commission, your company representative MUST get in contact with me for payment within 2 days or your commission will be deemed void.
PRIVACY
● Please do not disclose any personal information found in the transaction process or legal action will be taken
● Information about clients will be kept confidential from other people asking until client says otherwise
PAYMENT & COMMERCIAL FEES
● Mode of Payment: Paypal via invoice
● Payment should be given after final sketch
● Price of your commission may vary depending on the complexity. Starting price range will be stated in each commission info.
● Rush fee: +50% Price increase (applies to all types)
● Commercial fees will only apply if my work is going to be used in: Twitch, Youtube & Tiktok (hobby nor paid use)
● Commercial use: + 20%
● Merchandise: Twice of the original price + 20%

MAJOR REVISIONS/ REFUNDS / CANCEL
● Refunds are applicable if I physically can't finish your commission (i.e: Me getting into an accident & broken equipment)
● Major design changes that’s entirely different to the original order will be considered as a new commission and therefore liable to be charged full price
● If the client or a rigger plan to modify the commission after I finish, please contact me beforehand so we can get in touch.
● For canceling your commission, please contact me IMMEDIATELY before payment ensues.
● Cancellation Fee will be 20% of the quested commission price.
● No refunds when you cancel after payment lol

● Please let me know if you don’t want me to post your finished commission beforehand
●Please credit me as @Toriidoki in your bio, twitch panel, tweets, about page, etc when posting my commission
● Do not reproduce or redistribute my work (reselling) without my permission.
● Do not mint/sell the commission work for NFT or legal action will be taken
If TOS has been breached, you will be given a chance to negotiate with me. Failure to do so will result in a voided commission, revoked license, blacklisted, and no refunds.

- 2 revisions are only allowed before I finish the colored sketch. Any large revision after this stage is an additional 50-100$ depending on the complexity.
- Model will be finished in around 1-2 months but I will keep you updated on my work schedule if needed.
- To make the art & rigging process go smoothly, it's encouraged (not required) to have a rigger ready or give me someone you have in mind since I plan on holding meetings with them while I draw your mode
Payment Installment Steps:

2. The first 50% of the price must be paid
3. Artist finishes the lineart (or 70% of lineart depending on the complexity)
4. Client pays the remaining 50%
